While there are no major differences in login procedures, usernames follow two different formats:

State Employees: Their username is their Employee ID, a 5-digit number.

Contractors: Their usernames follow the firstname.lastname format. Kindly note that in some cases, contractor usernames do not have the period between the first and last names.

You can confirm the user's username by looking up their account and checking the User Name category.
